Send your questions and comments to us at odds.itprojects@odhsoha.oregon.gov.

The system is expected to launch in early 2026. More parts will follow throughout 2026 and early 2027.

The exact timeline depends on getting a vendor for the project. We'll work closely with the vendor team to improve the system and set up testing, training and launch dates.

For more information, visit the Timeline page.

The system will connect with other state systems like ONE, eXPRS, CAM and maybe others. This will make it easier for data to move between systems. This will make users more efficient and improve data accuracy.

We will train trainers to teach others how to use the system's functions and tools as they are introduced. As new parts of the system are launched, we will sort users into groups for training. Trainers selected for each group will receive info and support from us. This will ensure effective training and ongoing help.

Watch this short video to learn more about how system users will be trained.

The system will be a flexible Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. We will be able to adjust it to fit our requirements and make updates where needed. However, we won’t be able to make custom updates that require software code changes.

Yes. We started the BluePrint Project to make case management services better. This community project produced the 2022 BluePrint Workgroup Recommendations. We’re using the advice in this report as we build the new case management system.

Change Champion network

During times of change, clear and effective communication is vital.

The Change Champion network includes people from ODDS, case management groups and other affected parties, including representatives from each county in Oregon. These champions support the project and encourage everyone to use the new system. They:

  • Learn about the project and share information with colleagues
  • Promote the project both inside and outside of their organizations
  • Identify issues and risks in their teams and agencies
  • Gather feedback and give it to the project team
  • Help manage resistance to change among their peers
  • Serve as a contact for their organization

Recruitment for the Change Champion network is ongoing because their role is critical for the system's success. Contact the project team if you want to join us.
