Workday Learning is the platform we use for all Case Management System learning materials. You'll need an account to track self-paced courses, sign up for live sessions and track your progress.

Follow these steps to create your account. This process is usually quick but it may take up to 72 hours to receive your login information.
Step 1: Get a sign up link
Step 2: Complete the sign up form
Step 3: Wait for approval
Step 4: Log in and create a password
Step 5: Start learning!
After you've logged in, go the Learning Library to explore learning materials for your role.
Note: Each person can have only one Workday account. If you're not sure you already have one, ask your Affiliation Manager or email the ODDS Training Team.
How do I know if I already have an account?
How long does it take to get my login?
Up to 72 hours after submitting the form.
Do I need a state government computer?
No. You can use any computer or device with internet access.
Can I learn on my own schedule?
Yes. Self-paced materials are available. Live sessions are offered at different times. Visit the Learning Library for links to the courses.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
I forgot my security questions. What do I do?
Ask your CME’s Affiliation Manager for help. If they’re not available, email the ODDS Training Team.
How do I get my transcript?
