What is Workday Learning?

Workday Learning is the platform we use for all Case Management System learning materials. You'll need an account to track self-paced courses, sign up for live sessions and track your progress.

How to set up your account

Follow these steps to create your account. This process is usually quick but it may take up to 72 hours to receive your login information.

  • ​Use the link from your CME
  • If you don't have a sign up link, sign up with ODDS​
    • Don't use links from a we​b search or the main Oregon.gov website–they won't work.

  • ​Use your work email​

  • It can take up to 72 hours
  • You'll get two emails: one with your username and one with your temporary password
  • Chack your spam or junk folders​

  1. ​Go to the State of Oregon Workday login page​
  2. Select "Sign in with personal device"
  3. Log in with your username and temporary password
  4. Set up your Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

​After you've logged in, go the Learning Library​ to explore learning materials for your role.

Note: Each person can have only one Workday account. If you're not sure you already have one, ask your Affiliation Manager or email the ODDS Training Team.

Account access

​Search your email for messages from Workday or ask your CME’s Affiliation Manager before creating a new account. Only one account per person is allowed.​

​Up to 72 hours after submitting the form.​

No. You can use any computer or device with internet access.​

​Yes. Self-paced materials are available. Live sessions are offered at different times. Visit the Learning Library​ for links to the courses.


Passwords and security

  1. ​Go to the Workday login page​
  2. Select "Forgot Passwrod?"
  3. Enter your username and email
  4. Use the temporary password sent to your email
  5. Create a new password and update your security questions

​​Ask your CME’s Affiliation Manager for help. If they’re not available, email the ODDS Training Team​.​

Transcripts and certificates

  1. Log in to Workday Learning​
  2. Open the menu ​→ Learning → My Learning
  3. Select "View Learning Transcript"
  4. To save the transcript, select the PDF icon and download

  1. Login to Workday Learning​
  2. Open the menu → Learning
  3. Under "Links", select LRN | Learning Certificates
  4. Search by course title (or leave blank to see all)
  5. Select your certificate
  6. Download using the PDF icon

Updates and technical help

​If you can't log in, ask your CME's Affiliation Manager. If they're unavailable, email the ODDS Training Team​.
