Americans with Disabilities Act Program

We are committed to providing equitable and accessible programs, services and projects.

Engineering for Accessibility

ODOT is responsible for state and interstate highways including related sidewalks, curb ramps and other roadway features. We created an Americans with Disabilities Act Program to provide structure and processes for the agency and our partners. We recognize that the complexity of accessibility laws and agency operations means that a programmatic approach helps to ensure that everyone has equitable access to Oregon's transportation system.

Visit the Engineering for Accessibility page for more information on our efforts to improve infrastructure and systems.

Accessible Services and Programs

Discrimination based on race, color, national origin, age, gender, income level or limited English proficiency is prohibited in ODOT's programs and services. You can request an accommodation or assistance by contacting our Office of Civil Rights.
