About
The
All Roads Transportation Safety Program (ARTS) identifies intersections where a high concentration of crashes occur and then implements safety improvements to help reduce crashes at these locations. Intersections typically have high crash rates.
This project improves safety and visibility at approximately 58 intersections along OR 99W from Ross Island Bridge to SW Wills Lane and along U.S. 30 Bypass from North Kerby Avenue to Northeast 165th Avenue.
