Opinions Issued Prior to 2017

Opinions issued prior to 2017 are not included in the OGEC's database. The Historical Opinions page has an interactive list of advisory and staff opinions issued between 1997-2017. Request for information from advice, opinions, and case dispositions that are not available on the Historical Opinions page, should be made by contacting the Commission at mail@ogec.oregon.gov.
