Search Advice
Use the Case Management System (CMS) to search for advice issued by the Commission or Commission staff. The analysis and advice provided is issued under how the current provisions of law may apply to the specific circumstances presented.
View Advice
How to Search Advice
1. After clicking on the "View Advice" button above, you'll be taken to our Advice Search. You can enter in your keyword or click on "Advanced Search" to view more filters for your search.
2. Once you've entered your keywords and any relevant filters, click the green "Search" button in the lower right.
3. From the populated results, you can view more information about specific advice by clicking on the advice number in the "Advice Number" column.
4. From the pop-up, you'll click on the file name to have the issued advice (or request) downloaded to your computer for viewing.
