The Oregon Government Ethics Commission (OGEC) emphasizes education in achieving its mission. OGEC offers several avenues in which public officials can gain information and training on Oregon Government Ethics Law, Lobby Law, and Public Meetings Law including the executive session provisions.

OGEC has prepared the Oregon Government Ethics Law - A Guide for Public Officials.  This resource reviews several ethics topics, covers both the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORSs) and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and includes several examples.
