Additional Resources

OGEC has prepared a booklet entitled "Oregon Government Ethics Law - A Guide for Public Officials".  This resource reviews several ethics topics, covers both the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORSs) and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and includes several examples.  You can also access this guide via the Resources for Public Officials page of the OGEC website.
