If you need legal services and are not yet enrolled in a ReOregon program, contact our Call Center at 877-510-6800 or 541-250-0938.
How does the referral process work
If you are eligible and need legal help, your ReOregon program representative, such as your case lead, intake specialist, housing navigator, or another ReOregon partner; will refer you to a legal aid and/or legal service partners. Once referred to a legal service provider(s), a meeting will be held with all eligible people. This meeting will be used to determine the type of work and how much will be needed for your legal issue(s), also known as a scope of work. The legal service provider(s) will submit your scope of work to OHCS. OHCS will need to approve the scope of work before the legal service provider(s) can begin helping.
