CTS for OLCC Marijuana Licensees

Oregon's Cannabis Tracking System (CTS) is an integral part of the OLCC's regulation of recreational marijuana products in the state's legal consumer market.

All OLCC licensees and their employees are required to use CTS.

A licensee or their designated representative must take a CTS class provided by Metrc and pass a test that confirms the licensee or their designated representative understands how to use the CTS.  Once the OLCC approves an applicant for licensure the licensee will be granted access to CTS, and have the ability to start tracking their products.

Access to CTS

Before you register for a CTS class you will need:

Your Record ID# - 11 digit number typically beginning with 1000 that can be found on your License Dashboard.

Your Order ID# - The confirmation number you should have received after paying your application fee.  If you do not have this number email marijuana@oregon.gov to request it.
