  • eLicensing has arrived!

The Educator Licensure system is now online only!

Applications and payments can be made only through eLicensing.

    eLicensing tips:

    • eLicensing tutorial.

    • TSPC is no longer accepting mailed, faxed, or emailed applications or payments. All applications must be submitted through the eLicensing system.

    • All supporting documents for your application must still be sent directly to TSPC through mail, fax, or email. (Go to Contact Us for more information). You are not able to "upload" additional documentation in the eLicensing system.

    • The Basic Teaching License is renamed the Legacy Teaching License.

    • The Initial II Teaching License is renamed the Preliminary Teaching License.

    System update –  May 2, 2016:

As of May 2, we have seen a significant decrease in error messages when using the eLicensing application.  If you are still receiving an error message, please refer to information below.

Unexpected Error Message: The “Unexpected Error” message can be difficult to diagnose and correct. It may be caused by a combination of operating systems (Mac or PC), browsers, and updates to either one.

If you get an "unexpected error" message, please try the following tips:
    • If you are using the Safari browser, please try another browser.
    • If you are using an iPhone or iPad, please try using a desktop.
    • If you are using the Chrome browser, please check your security settings or try another browser.  The Chrome browser can block certain fields in the application from working due to security setting.
    • If you are using a school network, please try using another network or contact your district IT department.  Some school networks have blocks to certain webpages that can also prevent you from moving from page to page.

If you are unable to solve your error message, please contact TSPC at online.tspc@oregon.gov.
