An overview of eye diseases and definitions of low vision and vision loss; techniques for working with people who are blind or low vision, and helping someone to live independently. Resources and adaptive equipment for the home are demonstrated and/or discussed. This class is taught by staff of the Oregon Commission for the Blind.
