Frequently Asked Questions

New PSWs who want to enroll prior to December 4th, 2016 must complete their Fiscal Intermediary enrollment forms for TNT Fiscal Intermediary Services Inc. Prospective PSWs can get the needed forms from the CDDP or Brokerage where they turn in their Background Check Request Form or visit the TNT Fiscal Intermediary Services website and select the Employee Forms.

Enhanced and Exceptional Personal Support Worker Certificate

The 2013-2015 Collective Bargaining Agreement for Homecare and Personal Support Workers provides for new categories of workers, compensation, and process for earning the title. The categories are  Enhanced Homecare or Personal Support Workers and Exceptional Personal Support Workers.

The Worker Training News is published monthly for both Homecare and Personal Support Workers. The publication includes full course descriptions and current course schedule including the date, time and location of courses.​

Notifications of eligibility will be sent out to qualifying participants in February and July of each year, which will include all the forms to submit back to the Trust Administrative Office. Eligible participants who have not yet sent in their Designee and W-9 forms to the Trust, will receive the Missing Notice/Balance Report in the months of May, September, October, and November.
Each December, participants who have a remaining PTO balance will be mailed the Cash Out Notice. Workers will be reminded to submit to Designee form and W-9 forms, at that time if needed. FAQ, Designee, Request and W-9 forms are available on the Trust website.
