​​​​​​Fiscal Management Agent Services

As of January 1st, 2017, the Fiscal Management and Administration Service (FMAS) payroll vendor contracted by Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) for DD Personal Support Workers (PSWs) is Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL).

All new PSWs must complete their FMAS payroll enrollment forms with PPL before they can be authorized to work as a DD PSW.

Information and the FMAS enrollment forms are available directly from PPL's website.
Once enrolled, PSWs can view their payroll information and download copies of their paystubs/direct deposit remittance stubs from PPL's BetterOnline™ web portal.

Oregon Intervention System (OIS-G)

​Oregon Intervention System (OIS-G) is Oregon's system of training and implementing the principles of Positive Behavior Support and Intervention for people who support adults and children with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities who may display challenging behaviors.
