Traffic Control Plan Design Manual


A flagger helps direct traffic through a work zone in north Portland.The Oregon Department of Transportation Traffic Control Plans Design Manual introduces traffic control plan designers to the standards, practices, devices and technologies that make up the temporary traffic control discipline.

Temporary traffic control plans are used to accommodate the needs of all traffic types, including bicycles, pedestrians and ADA road users.
