Adopted codes and standards
The Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) establishes the minimum requirements for the construction, reconstruction, alteration and repair of buildings and other structures, as well as the installation of mechanical devices and equipment. The division works with building officials, technical committees, advisory boards, and the public to adopt, amend, and interpret the provisions of the OSSC.
