Zechariah Heck
Statewide Sustainability Officer, Department of Administrative Services
Zechariah oversees DAS’ sustainability program, supports the Oregon Sustainability Board, and helps agencies across the state meet legislative and executive sustainability requirements. His focus is on finding crosscutting solutions that touch on each pillar of sustainability (environment, economy, equity). Passionate about collaboration, Zechariah is excited to work with others to make Oregon’s state government more efficient and sustainable.
Steven Markham
Statewide Sustainability Analyst, Department of Administrative Services
Steven supports the Office of Sustainability through research, policy analysis, and planning. He helps develop and promote sustainability programs and policies for DAS and other agencies. Steven also supports ISCN and the Oregon Sustainability Board by organizing agendas, programs and meetings.
