​​​​​​​​​​​​​Oregon state government has moved from a yearly performance management process to the Performance Accountability and Feedback (PAF) model requiring managers to conduct quarterly check-ins with their employees.

The first step in this process is to determine your 12-month quarterly feedback cycle. Review the Performance Accountability & Feedback checklist.

Training

The Performance Accountability and Feedback training consists of three online modules that take about 30 minutes each to complete and a four hour virtual classroom session. There is a cost of $100 for the  training. 

​You can take the online training at any time using the links below, but you must register in Workday to attend one of the virtual classroom sessions. All three online modules must be completed before you can attend a virtual classroom session.
