About us
This project is another step in the enterprise modernization effort. This will continue to bring automation and business processes to many manual processes that payroll professionals and employees must currently perform.
The 2019 rollout of Workday as state government's HR solution paved the way for upgrading payroll and time tracking while reducing risk. Because the Workday system already contains all the information needed to process payroll and set up user-friendly time tracking, the path forward was simple: Use Workday – and state government will, for the first time, have one system for HR and payroll.
Our mission
To improve the payroll and time tracking processes, and increase payroll and HR efficiencies for all State of Oregon employees.
Our vision
Provide effective training and change management to employees and managers while being clear and transparent with communications throughout all phases of the project.
