2025 State Employee Recognition

Every year we celebrate Public Service Recognition Week (May 4-10) taking the opportunity to thank public employees for their service, make visible their important work and deepen connections between state agencies and the communities they serve.


For this year's Public Service Recognition Week, we have chosen the theme of Empowering Innovation. Whether their customers are external or internal, we want to hear about your employees who are focused on possibilities rather than limitations. An empowered innovator is someone who embodies a mindset that anything is achievable with the right effort. We want to acknowledge and celebrate those who navigate change to find opportunities with a focus on service and efficiency for Oregonians.
