OregonBuys Phase I is complete

The Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) is now replaced with OregonBuys and this marks the completion of Phase I. All state procurement activity is processed through OregonBuys and browsing statewide price agreements happens in the OregonBuys Marketplace. ORPIN remains available as a historical archive. 


Training and resources

Visit the agency training and resources page for self-guided training modules offered through Workday Learning along with instruction guides and a terminology crosswalk.

We're now in project Phase II, wave 2

Phase II releases added OregonBuys procure-to-pay functionality to affected state agencies in one of three waves. Here's the estimated timeline that is still being finalized:
