Learn how to safely and securely deposit funds into an adult in custody’s phone or commissary (trust) account across Oregon DOC facilities.

📂 Trust & Commissary Accounts

Trust & Commissary Announcement: 
Friends and Family have a few choices in how they pay for an adult in custody's communication services. Click HERE for details. 
Friends and family can request deposit details or general information about AIC Trust Accounts in accordance with OAR 291-158 from Central Trust.

Commissary account funds can be used for items such as snacks, toiletries, and other goods and services within the facility. For detailed information, see the DOC Rule on Trust Accounts.

📞 Phone Accounts

Adults in custody have a phone account for calls, electronic messaging, and tablet services. Funds can be added securely through DOC contracted vendors:

  • JPay
  • ICS Corrections (uses Access Corrections for deposits)
  • Telmate

All vendors accept electronic payments online, via phone, or at walk-up locations across Oregon. Services are fast, secure, and state-wide.

💳 How to Deposit Funds into an AIC Account

Follow these simple steps to safely add funds to an adult in custody’s phone or commissary account.

🟦 JPay

  1. Go to JPay website or download the JPay mobile app.
  2. Create or log into your account.
  3. Search for the AIC by name and SID#.
  4. Select the type of deposit: Phone or Commissary.
  5. Add your payment method and confirm the deposit.

🟦 ICS Corrections / Access Corrections

  1. Visit ICSolutions.
  2. Log in or create your account.
  3. Search for the AIC using their name and SID#.
  4. Select Phone Account or Commissary Account.
  5. Follow prompts to add funds securely.

🟧 Telmate

  1. Go to Telmate website.
  2. Create an account or log in.
  3. Locate the AIC by name and SID#.
  4. Choose Phone or Commissary deposit.
  5. Add your payment info and confirm the transaction.

Tip: Keep your confirmation number or receipt for reference in case you need support.
