phone account for calls, electronic messaging, and tablet services. Funds can be added securely through DOC contracted vendors:

💳 How to Deposit Funds into an AIC Account
Follow these simple steps to safely add funds to an adult in custody’s phone or commissary account.
🟦 JPay
- Go to JPay website or download the JPay mobile app.
- Create or log into your account.
- Search for the AIC by name and SID#.
- Select the type of deposit: Phone or Commissary.
- Add your payment method and confirm the deposit.
🟦 ICS Corrections / Access Corrections
- Visit ICSolutions.
- Log in or create your account.
- Search for the AIC using their name and SID#.
- Select Phone Account or Commissary Account.
- Follow prompts to add funds securely.
🟧 Telmate
- Go to Telmate website.
- Create an account or log in.
- Locate the AIC by name and SID#.
- Choose Phone or Commissary deposit.
- Add your payment info and confirm the transaction.
