Leadership Development Resources and Recommending Reading

Regional Training currently oversees and provides leadership training both on-site and regionally, to various levels of public safety leaders. Specifically, the 80-hour Supervisory Leadership Academy (SLA) designed for front-line supervisors; the 80-hour Organizational Leadership and Management Academy (OLM) geared toward mid-level managers; and the 160-hour IPSLEI Leadership Development Program available to all public safety professionals dedicated to improving their leadership skills.
