259-059-0050:
The applicant, through the entity representative, must successfully pass a qualifying examination (exam) for licensure. The purpose of the exam is to test the applicant’s knowledge of the private security entity’s responsibility to prevent sexual assault, sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
The exam must be completed for issuance and renewal of a license.
The exam may be completed anytime within the 60 days before the submission of an application for licensure.
The exam is administered by the Department and delivered online.
The minimum passing score for the exam is 80%.
Any individual who takes the exam is prohibited from disclosing the contents of the exam, including the exam questions and answers, to anyone or any entity.

The individual applying for the Entity License must complete the Entity Licensing Exam and include the Certificate of Completion with the private security entity Application.
