About the Strategic Planning Effort
The Oregon Department of State Lands (DSL) is launching a strategic planning effort to guide our work over the next five years. This plan will help clarify agency priorities, strengthen services, and ensure we meet the needs of our partners, customers, and communities.
What We’re Doing
Developed under the oversight of the Land Board, we working on a new strategic plan that outlines the goals and direction of the agency. This work includes gathering input from staff, partners, and the public, reviewing current programs and services, and identifying opportunities to improve how we serve Oregonians. The planning effort is focused on transparency, meaningful engagement, and building a clear path forward for the next five-year cycle.
