Housing Production Research & Legislative Reports

The Housing Accountability and Production Office (HAPO) undertakes research and analysis of the state and local programs, policies and processes related to housing development and production. The work includes the legislative reports required by SB 1537, Section 5 (2024). Information on these two reports may be accessed below.
