Nutrition Education (SNAP-Ed)

SNAP-Ed helps families make healthy food choices and be physically active.

  • SNAP-Ed is for people who have SNAP benefits.
  • SNAP-Ed can teach you how to make your SNAP dollars stretch, how to shop for and cook healthy meals, and ways to be physically active.
  • We work with Oregon State University Extension ServicesOutside In and many other partners to provide SNAP-Ed activities that promote good health and nutrition.
