Nutrition Education (SNAP-Ed)

SNAP-Ed helps families make healthy food choices and be physically active.

SNAP-Ed is for people who have SNAP benefits.
SNAP-Ed can teach you how to make your SNAP dollars stretch, how to shop for and cook healthy meals, and ways to be physically active.
We work with Oregon State University Extension Services, Outside In and many other partners to provide SNAP-Ed activities that promote good health and nutrition.

Learn what WIC provides for women, infants and children up to age five. Even if you don't qualify for SNAP, you may be eligible for WIC.
