These vacancy listings are a collaborative effort with Community Developmental Disability Programs (CDDPs), Residential Services providers and Child Foster Home providers.
This collaboration helps service coordinators and personal agents locate residential and child foster home vacancies. This allows providers to directly receive referrals from Designated Referral Contacts, service coordinators and personal agents for individuals looking for new or different placement options.

Vacancy reports
Information in the vacancy reports come directly from licensed and certified providers. The information is not checked for accuracy or completeness by ODDS or the CDDPs. Providers are encouraged to, but may not, update their information in a timely manner. ODDS does verify that each provider listed has a current, appropriate license or certificate to operate and provide the services authorized in their license or certification as of the date of each list posting.
Users of the vacancy reports are responsible for verifying the accuracy of provider-reported information and for evaluating the appropriateness and safety of each home, provider or service listed and for ensuring it meets the needs and preferences of the individual seeking placement. Individuals must work with their case managers to ensure appropriate placement. The reports are updated twice monthly.
