The product of the funding program is a technical memorandum that includes the following:

• The list of preferred or desired transportation projects/programs resulting from the Step 5: Solution Development & Evaluation task (if additional funding is available)
• A financially constrained list of transportation projects/programs that reflect projected transportation revenue.
• Potential funding sources that can be considered by the local jurisdiction.
