AASHTOWare Project (AWP) training is role-based. Each user has at least one role in AWP.

Training is provided in-person as well as virtually through:

  • Computer-based trainings (CBTs) in Workday.
  • Quick reference guides (QRGs) on this site.

Workday Learning

Computer-based trainings (CBTs) are available in Workday Learning.

Internal ODOT users: Access Workday with single sign-on.

External users:
  • If you do not have a Workday account, you will need to create a Workday Learning account to view or enroll in our courses.

  • All Workday accounts now require a Multi-factor Authentication to complete sign-in. When you set up your account you can use the EELearner Login to Workday with Authentication resource article to help you set up your authenticator.
Getting Started is a course that can be complete BEFORE taking any additional AWP trainings in Workday. This is a 10-minute high level review to introcuce you to AWP.

To access AWP courses in Workday, select Menu and choose Learning from the pulldown list. Click on the link for Browse Learning Content. In the search field, type ODOT AWP.
