Self-help Workday Learning Resources

Use the EELearner Login to Workday with Authentication resource article to help you access your account using multifactor authentication.

Use the Workday search bar to find what you need. Type a few keywords into the search bar at the top. Review the "Articles" section for related topics. You don't need to type the whole course name, Workday search works best with just a few keywords.

Advanced Support
For questions about what training you need to take, contact your manager or program contact.

If you need additional support, contact your Affiliation Manager. If you don't know who your Affiliation Manager is or they are not available, contact ODOT Workday Learning Support at WorkdayLearningODOT@odot.oregon.gov.

Extended Enterprise Learners

  • If you downloaded your iLearn transcript, you will need to add relevant training as Self-Reported Training to your Workday Learner account.
  • If you did not download your transcript, you will need to complete an iLearn Transcript Request and email it to WorkdayLearningODOT@odot.oregon.gov

ODOT Employees and Contingent Workers

iLearn course completions are located in LRN | My Learning and Training Completion Report (and identified as "Training" on the report) and in the Learning History section of your Learning Home page in Workday.

If a blended/classroom/virtual course does not have an upcoming offering (date and time) for enrollment, then it will not appear in learner search results in Workday Learning.

If your training video will not advance use the following steps

  • Close down all other applications on your computer, including Teams and Outlook
  • Clear cookies and cache on both your browser and computer
  • Restart your computer
  • Only have one browser and browser window open when completing the training
  • We recommend using Edge browser

Workday will log you out after 15 minutes, including when you are viewing training modules. This is a standard Workday function and cannot be changed. If you complete the training in the pop-up window that is still open, that training completion will still show on your Transcript.

You can try to avoid this by clicking or scrolling in the main browser window while completing the training in the pop-up window.
