About the Project

We're making safety enhancements and improving the flow of traffic on Delta Highway

We're making improvements to the Beltline/Delta Interchange to make the area safer and help reduce congestion. This project is estimated to start in 2027 and will take a few years to complete.

For this project, we're planning to:

Widen and raise the existing bridge over Beltline Highway.
Add one lane to southbound Delta Highway from Green Acres Road to the Goodpasture Island Road interchange.
Add a second left-turn to the westbound Beltline Highway off-ramp onto Delta Highway.
Upgrade the traffic signal at the Beltline Highway and Delta Highway interchange.

Project Area Map Project is on Delta Highway, OR 132, from mileposts 0 to 0.6.
