About
The existing coatings on the Fuller and Ojalla Bridges need to be replaced to help prevent damage over time.
To help protect and preserve the bridges, we're:
- Removing lead paint and asbestos if needed.
- Removing rust.
- Replacing the rivets, joints and bearings if needed.
- Painting the steel supports and handrails.
- Making minor repairs to the sidewalks.
We're planning to build and will have a better idea about the construction schedule and cost as we get further into design.
