Local governments completed their reports for the February 1, 2023 deadline. The Oregon Transportation Commission approved the report, and it was sent to the Oregon Legislature.

OTC Approves Condition Report
The Oregon Transportation Commission approved the 2023 State Transportation Condition Report and submitted it to the Oregon Legislature.
With local governments submitting data as required by HB 2017 (ORS 184.617 to 184.742), we now have a comprehensive view of the condition of Oregon's roads and bridges.
Over time, as data comes in, we hope to show how the investments will impact the state of the system.
