Housing Compliance Monitoring

Photo: Compliance MonitoringThe Housing Compliance Monitoring teams ensure compliance with program requirements by making customers aware of housing program laws, rules, regulations and policies. We do this by presenting annual workshops, providing training, making manuals and program references accessible and having staff available by telephone or email to answer questions. We are also available to provide guidance during on-site monitoring reviews. OHCS programs monitored include:
  • Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
  • HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME)
  • Housing Trust Funds (HTF)
  • Multifamily Tax-Exempt Revenue Bond Program (TEB)
  • Project-based Section 8 housing
