There is a new statewide eviction moratorium (HB 4401) that will last until June 30, 2021. This means that, with limited exceptions, landlords cannot evict renters for nonpayment or without cause until July of 2021. Renters must sign and return a form to their landlord if they can’t afford their rent. This form is available from the Oregon Judicial Branch. Please spread the word!

More languages available below.

Please note: Indigenous languages K'iche, Mam, Mixteco Alto, Mixteco Bajo, Purepecha, and Q'anjob'al do not have corresponding written graphics. This is because many indigenous languages are passed down orally and may not have a written language form.

*Additional declaration forms will soon be available on the Courts webpage thanks to the Oregon Judicial Department.
