OHCS Current and Past Bid Opportunities

To find Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) current and past bid opportunities, navigate to the home page of OregonBuys. Then search for "Bid Solicitations." You do not need to be logged in to do this. There are more detailed instructions below.

How to Search for Bid Solicitations

1. At the top of the OregonBuys home page, click on the “Advanced” tab to the right of the search bar.
   
   
2. This will open an “Advanced Search” option. In the drop down menu that appears, select the “Bid Solicitations” option for Document Type.
   
   
3. When the “Advanced Search” screen opens, navigate to the “Organization” tab and select “Housing and Community Services Department” from the drop-down list. Tip: Start typing “Housing.” Then select the green “Search” button in the bottom center of the page.
   
   
4. This will take you to a page that shows OHCS solicitations and notices, past and present. To find current, open opportunities, sort the “Bid Opening Date” column to show most recent on top.
