ATTENTION VENDORS:  The Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) is being replaced on July 1, 2021, with a new eProcurement system called OregonBuys. When the switch happens, suppliers must be registered in OregonBuys to continue doing business with the state. Existing accounts will not transfer over and suppliers are encouraged to register now. Visit the OregonBuys webpage for registration instructions or to learn more. Registration is easy and free.
