Education Support Services provides additional support and services to ensure that students are able to maximize their educational opportunities at the Oregon School for the Deaf. The services offered include:
- ASL Communications
- Audiology
- Autism Support
- Counseling
- Occupational Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Speech Communications
- Vision Services
The need for services, if any, are determined at each student's IEP meeting. The delivery of services can be done either by 'pull-out' or as part of the classroom instruction. Through observations and evaluations, every care is made to ensure that the student receives what he or she needs to succeed.
In addition to the above services, ESS also oversees the following areas:

- PBIS (Positive Behavior Instructional Support)
- PLC (Professional Learning Community)
- Psychological and Behavioral Evaluations
