OSD is governed by the Oregon Department of Education, however within the school we operate a Site Council to make decisions together about our School Improvement Plan, our PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Support) efforts, our beautification of the school, and new initiatives we propose regarding academic enrichment. Site Council is made up of several people representing the different departments on campus as well as family members, and the greater OSD community. We welcome the community partners who have a vested interest in the success of our school!
