Meetings

• Members of the Public may attend public session portions of all Board meetings. If the meeting is held in-person, the public can attend in-person or virtually. A link to attend the meeting via Zoom will be posted on this page on the day of the meeting. 
  
• Public Session typically begins at 8:30 am, however this may vary. Check the meeting agenda for the start time of the specific meeting you wish to attend. Meeting location can also be found on the agenda. 
  
• The Board may enter into executive session during a public meeting pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f)(h) and (L). Executive sessions are closed to the public. Any attendees will be asked to wait in the waiting room or placed in the virtual waiting room during the executive session and brought back into the meeting room prior to the Board reconvening public session.   
• Recordings of Public meetings are typically posted within a week of the meeting to the OBPT Youtube channel. A link to the recording will be included next to the meeting date below.

• Meeting Agenda: One week before the meeting.
  
• Meeting Materials: The morning of the meeting.
  
• Link to Attend Meeting: The morning of the meeting.
  
• Meeting Recording: One week after the meeting.
  
• Meeting Minutes: After the Board ratifies the minutes at their next public meeting.
