Welcome to Statewide Financial Management Services (SFMS)

We support the State Controller's Division mission to support and ensure accuracy and accountability in state government financial systems. We show our support by providing services and controls in the management of the Statewide Financial Management Application (SFMA). SFMA consists of two modules: the Relational Statewide Accounting and Reporting System (R*STARS) and the Advanced Purchasing and Inventory Control System.
