Welcome to the online license renewal feature of the Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA). Renew your authorization to practice (license, certification or registration) at your convenience, any time of the day.
Before clicking on the link below, read the next two sections to determine if you cannot renew online or if you must first submit documentation.

| Who Can't Renew Online |
|
If any of the following criteria apply to you, you cannot renew online:
- If you have current or unresolved disciplinary action(s) against you
- If you are attempting to renew more than 45 days prior to your authorization-to-practice expiration date
- If you are attempting to renew late (past your authorization-to-practice expiration date)

| Who Must Submit Documentation First |
|
If you are required to submit documentation as part of the authorization-to-practice renewal process for your profession, you must first submit the documentation and receive approval prior to renewing online.
The following boards submit documentation as part of the renewal process:
- Board of Direct Entry Midwifery
- Nursing Home Administrators Board

All you need to start is your credit card number and expiration date, as well as your license, certification or registration information.
After you click on the link above, you will be guided through the online renewal process. After you have completed your online renewal, you will be provided with an online confirmation.
Please print the online confirmation page as your receipt, which will provide verification of your authorization to practice for 30 days from today. If you do not receive your permanent authorization to practice by postal mail after 20 days, contact the Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA).
If you do not receive your authorization to practice within the 30-day period and OHLA has on record that the license was mailed to you, you must submit a written request for a replacement license and pay a $25 fee under Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 331-030-0020(6).
