​To provide agencies a centralized Learning Management System (LMS)​ that delivers comprehensive functionality and valuable reporting, including a fully integrated platform with the state' s HR system. ​

Equity​ - Implementing new state law (HB2005).

​TOMP ​is moving the general Principal Executive Manager (PEM) series into more specific, job-related classifications to be in alignment with the public and private sector. TOMP is also focusing on increased accountability among managers.​​
