About the project
OregonBuys started as the collaborative effort of ten state agencies and is now approved for enterprise adoption as the statewide eProcurement solution for all state agencies.
DAS is leading this project and agencies will contribute to the
efforts by participating on project teams and implementation workgroups. Current plans
are to sunset ORPIN in the summer of 2021. ORPIN's historical information will remain
available after the transition.
features procure-to-pay automated processes from request through payment,
including workflows & approvals, solicitations, bid submission,
purchase orders, and invoicing & reporting.
It will also interface with R*STARS, the
state’s accounting system, and the Certification Office For Business
Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) Certification system. The best part? No
more manual steps and a modern online marketplace shopping experience.
