Beginning Monday October 26, 2026, the Department will temporarily pause its acceptance of permit applications for New, Amended, and Transfer of Operating Permit Applications as well as Requests for Closure. This pause is being implemented in support of the transition to the Department’s new electronic permitting system, DEPS.
