ADA Transition Plan

ODOT's New ADA Transition Plan Available for Public Review

A fully inclusive transportation system is critical to fulfilling ODOT's mission. Our plan to make Oregon's transportation system accessible is detailed in our ADA Title II Transition Plan. This plan identifies physical obstacles that result in barriers to access to the transportation system.

There are multiple opportunities for interested persons to review and comment on the updated ODOT ADA Title II Transition Plan.

  • Visit our Virtual Open House from April 26 through June 2, 2023. Here you'll find links to the plan document, background information, and a survey to share your feedback.
  • Join an online webinar and provide verbal comments. Webinars are scheduled for May 22 at 5:30 PM and May 25 at 10:00 AM. Links to join are available on the Virtual Open House website.
  • To request an alternative format of the plan under the Americans with Disabilities Act or for persons with Limited English Proficiency, or for assistance providing your comments, call 1-800-AskODOT or email ODOT_ADA@ODOT.Oregon.gov.
