Qualified Products List

The Qualified Products List (QPL) is a specification-driven listing of highway-related construction products, finished products, semi-finished products or systems. These have been evaluated by the Oregon Department of Transportation for use on highway construction projects when specified. (This includes Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction, Special Provisions and Standard Drawings for Construction.)
The use of all products is restricted to the Specification category in which they are listed. Products should be used and installed as the manufacturer recommends or per specification. Additional testing, material or origin certification or specific warrantees may be required before use or acceptance.
The QPL does not distinguish between domestic and foreign produced, steel, construction or manufactured products.
Although the products listed are qualified for use, they aren't exempt from State or Federal Purchasing requirements, laws, or guidelines. All manufacturers' warrantees or guarantees will be honored along with any warrantees required by Specification, State or Federal law.
Note: Any change to a product on the QPL, without prior approval, will be cause for rejection of the product.
