Project End Date
The Federal Highway Administration, or FHWA, now requires a Project End Date for programming requests. Under this new rule an end date will be established for each project phase before FHWA will authorize funds. FHWA will not authorize payments for costs incurred after the project end date. Changes to the end date will be permitted with sufficient justification. Please review the documents below and contact your Region STIP Coordinator if more specific information is needed.
