The 2021-2024 Statewide Transportation Improvements Program, also known as the STIP, was adopted in July 2020 by the Oregon Transportation Commission and approved by the Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration in September 2020. The 2021-2024 STIP went into effect October 1, 2020 and ends September 30, 2024.
