In 2016, the Oregon Department of Transportation settled a lawsuit involving the installation and modification of curb ramps and pedestrian signals on the state transportation system.
Final Settlement Agreement
One requirement of the settlement agreement is for ODOT to provide annual reports and accessibility consultant reports which outline ODOT’s progress on the curb ramp improvements. These reports are made available in March of the following year.
