Nondiscrimination
This team assists ODOT's sub-recipient agencies and members of the public with needs, requests, and concerns related to highway, transit, and passenger rail funded transportation programs in Oregon.
Nondiscrimination topic areas include Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Environmental Justice, transit-specific Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and discrimination.
Engagement
This team engages internal staff and members of the public in support of ODOT’s mission and values for a fair and accessible transportation system. They oversee the Engagement Toolkit, which includes ODOT's Community Impact Analysis, Community Risk Index, Engagement Guide,
Equitable Engagement Compensation Program (EECP), and Community Based Organizations (CBOs).
